The on-line ion analyzer can select the corresponding ion selective electrode according to different measurement requirements to measure the concentration of chloride ion, calcium ion, fluoride ion, ammonia nitrogen/nitrate nitrogen in the solution.
Measuring principle:
Ion-selective electrodes are electrochemical sensors based on a sensitive membrane that is the element that makes the electrode selectively responsive to a particular ion. A potential difference is formed across the membrane when the electrode is placed in the solution. When the concentration of the ion to be measured in the sample changes, the use of an ion selective electrode together with an internal or external reference electrode can measure the change in this potential difference.
The use of ion-selective electrodes has several advantages over other analytical methods. The initial calibration before the analytical measurement is relatively low cost, and the measurement of the ion-selective electrode will not be disturbed by the color in the sample. Little correction of the solution composition is required in performing these analytical tests. These advantages make them a very desirable choice in frequently used situations such as laboratories, field measurements and factories.
Application occasions:
Suitable for fluoride wastewater, boiler water, water plant, photovoltaic industry, semiconductor industry and other occasions.
