The online pH/ORP analyzer can continuously measure the pH and ORP values of water and quantitatively control them according to the field working conditions. The correct selection of the corresponding pH/ORP electrode can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the instrument and extend the service life of the electrode.
Measuring principle:
The pH value refers to the negative logarithm of the degree of activity of hydrogen ions in a solution, and is achieved by measuring the potential when using an electrode to measure the pH. That is, the measurement is based on electrical signals. When the pH electrode is in contact with the solution, a potential will be formed on the glass membrane that changes with the change of pH, and the potential needs another constant potential to compare. The reference electrode is used to provide this constant potential, which is not changed by the concentration of pH in the solution. Therefore, a pH electrode is composed of two parts, the indicator electrode and the reference electrode. In most applications, these two parts are made into the same composite electrode shell.

It is widely used in water monitoring, pure water preparation, industrial production water, desulfurization wastewater, high temperature fermentation, chlor alkali chemical wastewater, landfill leachate treatment, farmland water conservancy and other occasions.
