The online acid/alkali concentration meter is composed of a controller and an electrodeless conductivity electrode, which can automatically compensate the temperature, with reliable measurement and accurate data. It is suitable for measurement requirements in different environments and is widely used in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Measuring principle:
The electrodeless conductivity electrode induces a current in a closed loop of the solution, and then the conductivity of the solution is calculated by measuring the magnitude of the current. The controller drives the coil I to induce an alternating current in the solution. Coil II detects the magnitude of the induced current, which is proportional to the conductivity of the solution. The concentration of the solution can be read directly through the instrument's built-in concentration curve.
Due to the influence of temperature on the solution concentration, in general, it is necessary to convert the conductivity at the current temperature to 25 ℃ to make the measurement result more accurate.
Application occasions:
It is suitable for checking the concentration of regeneration liquid in the process of preparing high purity water by ion exchange method, as well as for preparing boiler and pipeline pickling liquid, and can also be used for continuous monitoring of acid or alkali content in the solution.
