The online residual chlorine analyzer adopts advanced micro-current electrode method to measure the content of residual chlorine, chlorine dioxide or ozone in water, with high sensitivity, rapid response, stable and reliable measurement and simple maintenance.
Measuring principle:
The principle of micro-current electrode method is used to measure residual chlorine, chlorine dioxide and ozone in water. A stable potential is maintained at the measuring end of the electrode, and different measured components produce different current intensities at this potential. It consists of two platinum electrodes and a reference electrode to form a micro-current measurement system. The residual chlorine, chlorine dioxide and ozone in the water sample flowing through the measuring electrode will be consumed, so the water sample must be kept flowing continuously through the measuring electrode during measurement.
The micro-current measurement method is to dynamically control the potential between the measuring electrodes continuously through the secondary instrument, which eliminates the influence of the inherent resistance and redox potential of the measured water sample, and forms a good linear relationship between the electrode measurement current signal and the concentration of the measured water sample. It has very stable zero performance and ensures accurate and reliable measurement.
