LQM830 series ultrasonic flowmeter adopts advanced integrated circuit design, which combines the threshold comparison gate circuit delay method and high-speed ADC correlation method, so that the flow meter can adapt to the environment of industrial field, and the measurement is more convenient, economical and accurate.
Measuring principle:
The ultrasonic waves are alternately received/transmitted after traversing the fluid in the pipe at an oblique angle. When the ultrasonic wave passing through the water is opposite to the flow direction of the water, the propagation speed will be slower; on the contrary, when the flow direction of the water is the same, the propagation speed will be faster. The propagation time difference between the two ultrasonic waves is converted into a flow rate.
Ultrasonic flowmeter and electromagnetic flowmeter, because the instrument flow channel is not set up any obstacles, are no obstruction flowmeter, is suitable for solving the problem of flow measurement of a class of flow meter, especially in the large diameter flow measurement has more prominent advantages. It can not only measure the medium flow of large pipe diameter, but also can be used to measure the medium that is not easy to contact and observe. Its measurement accuracy is very high, almost free from the interference of various parameters of the measured medium, especially to solve the problem of flow measurement of strong corrosive, non-conductive, radioactive and flammable and explosive media that other instruments cannot.
