Steps for repair
1. Contact relevant personnel to judge whether the instrument can be sent for repair
2. Fill in the repair form (download link is as follows)
3. The maintenance center shall conduct inspection after receiving the instrument
4. Send the detection scheme to the user after the detection is completed
5. After signing the maintenance contract and starting maintenance
6. Maintenance completed
By laws and regulations to protect the environment and personal safety, the DONJK after-sales service center only deals with testing and repairing instruments that are feasible and do not pose any danger to people and the environment. When we receive the returned equipment, we need to find the relevant information from the "Contaminated Statement" table (available for download). Please note that we only repair or calibrate returned products that complete the Contamination Declaration Form.
Once the "Contamination Declaration" is completed, place it prominently on the outer packaging of the returned equipment. Make sure that all returned equipment is properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
