The online oil in water analyzer is specially designed to test the concentration of trace oil (hydrocarbon) in water. The measurement is reliable and accurate, and can be widely used in the detection of oily sewage in the fields of chemical industry, electric power, petroleum, environmental protection and so on.
Measuring principle:
The instrument uses ultraviolet fluorescence to measure the concentration of oil molecules in water. Oil molecules are activated into an excited state under the irradiation of specific ultraviolet light. This excited state is very unstable and will quickly return to the ground state. In the process of returning to the ground state, radiation fluorescence will be generated, and the generated fluorescence will be irradiated on the fluorescence sensor. Before ultraviolet light emission and fluorescence sensor reception, an accurate filter system is installed to control the emission wavelength of ultraviolet light and select to receive the specific fluorescence wavelength scattered by oil molecules. The received fluorescence intensity and the concentration of oil in the water sample into a certain corresponding relationship, after the filter system for the emission and receiving wavelength selection control, can make this linear relationship more clear.
