LQA6200 type online silicate analyzer is used for online monitoring and analysis of trace silica in ultrapure water trends, providing high-precision, reliable continuous measurement data, with a very small amount of maintenance and very low maintenance costs and other advantages.
Measuring principle:
The content of trace silicon in water is usually converted into micrograms of silicon dioxide (SiO2) per liter of water, so it is also called silica analyzer, referred to as silicon meter.
In acidic solution, the silicon in water will react with the chromogenic agent molybdate to generate silicon molybdenum yellow, and then generate silicon molybdenum blue with the reducing agent to make the solution blue. The depth of blue is related to the content of silicon in the reagent water, so that the silicon content in the sample water can be obtained by measuring the absorbance by photoelectric colorimetry or spectrophotometry.
Application occasions:
Suitable for thermal power, nuclear power, petrochemical, smelting, pharmaceutical, semiconductor plant and other industries in addition to water, boiler water, condensate water and other occasions of silica content monitoring.
