The LQA5200 type ultrasonic sludge interface instrument is specially designed for continuous on-line monitoring of sludge interface position in sewage treatment process. It is easy to install, simple to use, stable and reliable to measure.
Measuring principle:
The instrument uses reliable ultrasonic echo detection principle to detect the distance between the sensor probe and the sludge interface and the distance between the bottom surface, and realizes real-time monitoring of sludge thickness changes from 0 to 10 meters and control of related processes, thereby optimizing sludge discharge control and dosing control, preventing effluent deterioration, avoiding sludge denitrification and decomposition, and optimizing process control procedures.
Application occasions:
Widely used in water plant (sedimentation tank), washing plant (sedimentation tank), power (mortar sedimentation tank), sewage treatment plant (primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, concentration tank) and other occasions.
