The LQA6100 on-line hardness analyzer is a compact, easy-to-operate and highly accurate water quality analyzer for automatic on-line detection of water hardness and related process control.
Measuring principle:
The online water hardness analyzer uses continuous flow analysis technology to complete the colorimetric analysis of the sample; the absorbance value of the sample and the hardness indicator is measured at a specific wavelength, and the hardness value of the actual water sample is calculated by comparing with the standard known hardness material.
Application occasions:
It is suitable for calcium/magnesium hardness detection in boiler softened water, industrial water and treatment, sewage discharge and other production processes; it can also be used in mining industry, steel, smelting, coking, gas, oil field, petrochemical, chemical synthesis, pesticide, Medicine, leather and paper, food and beverage, textile printing and dyeing and other fields.
