Measuring principle:
Pressure measuring instrument is an industrial automation instrument used to measure gas or liquid pressure, also known as pressure gauge or pressure gauge. The instrument is composed of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, current limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a number indicating device (pointer and dial) and a shell (including a watch case, a watch cover, a watch glass, etc.). The shell is airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal parts from environmental influences and dirt intrusion. For the instrument filled with liquid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) in the shell, it can resist the severe vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation of the medium pressure.
Application occasions:
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, power station and other industrial sectors to measure the pressure of various fluid media in industrial processes with high requirements for corrosion resistance and vibration resistance.
