LQM150 type pressure switch has a variety of micro switches and a variety of process interface options, can meet a variety of different needs, integrated design and shell switch structure to make it more robust, wiring more convenient.
Measuring principle:
Pressure switches are generally divided into two categories: mechanical pressure and electronic.
Mechanical pressure switch, for pure mechanical deformation leads to micro switch action. When the pressure increases, the different sensing pressure components (diaphragm, bellows, piston) will deform and move upward. Through the mechanical structure such as the railing spring, the uppermost micro switch is finally activated to output the electrical signal.
Electronic pressure switch, used to replace the electrical contact pressure gauge and used in the industrial control requirements are relatively high on the system. The built-in high-precision pressure sensor converts the physical signal into an electrical signal, which is amplified and processed by a high-speed MCU into a standard analog signal output or a solid-state relay output.
